Delivery, setup and takedown

We don't ship rentals. Our team delivers, sets up and takes down every rental in person.

• Included at no extra charge in Midland, Odessa, Stanton, Andrews, Big Spring, Monahans, Kermit and nearby towns within about an hour.
• Events more than an hour away, such as San Angelo, have a travel fee of $2 per mile.
• Tell us your setup and takedown times and your event location when you book. We choose the final setup spot on arrival so the rental is safe and stable, and it should not be moved once set up.
